MRA is a Philippine corporation engaged in overseas employment services duly licensed since 1978 by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) of the Department of Labor and Employment

MRA has been providing technical personnel and craftsmen to various types of civil construction projects, onshore and offshore pipe laying projects, dredging and reclamation projects. Also, MRA has supplied the necessary technical skilled and semi-skilled personnel ( civil / electrical / mechanical ) for the construction, operation and maintenance of power plants / substations / transmission lines, petrochemical plants, oil and gas refineries and animal feedmill factories. In addition, MRA has provided professional staff to hospitals, health-care organizations, and information technology firms.
